What is your shipping and processing time?
Current processing time is 5-7 business days. Estimated shipping time for free shipping on orders $35 and up is 3-4 business days. If your order does not qualify or if you choose to upgrade your shipping, estimated delivery will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns for customized items.
- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
- We cannot accept returns after 30 days
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

How do I exchange an item I purchased at a market?
If you are local to Charlotte, NC, email me at email@example.com to let me know you need to exchange! I will sit the item to the side for you and exchange at my next scheduled market.
How do I exchange an item I ordered online?
While we don't offer direct exchanges for items purchased online, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Where are your products made?
With the exception of ID Tags, all Luca + B products are proudly handmade in Charlotte, NC. We have partnered with Two Tails Pet Company to bring you ID Tags.
Do you do custom items?
I do! I am happy to discuss custom fabrics, BioThane® items, etc. over email at email@example.com. Please be aware that prices on custom items may be a little higher than items listed on my website due to material cost.
Do you sell wholesale?
