How long will it take to receive my order?
Our manufacturer ships orders within 4-5 business days. Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If our manufacturer made a mistake on your ID Tag (typo, missing info, etc.), or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you. We are also happy to accept returns on your products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all shipping on returns is not covered by Luca and B.
